How to configure a service type by import

You can only configure a service type after configuring a case type.

In the configuration, select a service in the Service Type on the side menu, then click Import Service Type

After clicking Import Service Type:

  1. Enter the Service Name and Description

  1. Link your Service Type to a Case Type

Make sure to select Multiple Cases in case you want to assign this service type to multiple case records for the same Case

  1. Choose one of two methods: Import a CSV file Or Paste table data


Import a CSV File

Skip step (1) and (2) in case you already have a CSV template

  1. Download a CSV template
  2. Fill the template and save
  3. Click on Browse a File and select the template to upload it

If your excel sheet contains raw data ( No header is included ), don't forget to remove the tick from First row is header

  1. In the Field Mapping section, make sure to select the Row Field for the Case, in order to match it with the right services in your sheet.
  2. Click Import

Paste Table Data

  1. Select Paste table data format
  2. Check First row is header if you copied your header in your excel sheet alongside your data

  1. In the Field Mapping section, make sure to select the Row Field for the Case, in order to match it with the right services in your sheet.
  2. Click Import
