How to configure a service type by import
You can only configure a service type after configuring a case type.

In the configuration, select a service in the Service Type on the side menu, then click Import Service Type
After clicking Import Service Type:
- Enter the Service Name and Description
- Link your Service Type to a Case Type
Make sure to select Multiple Cases in case you want to assign this service type to multiple case records for the same Case
- Choose one of two methods: Import a CSV file Or Paste table data
Import a CSV File
Skip step (1) and (2) in case you already have a CSV template
- Download a CSV template
- Fill the template and save
- Click on Browse a File and select the template to upload it
If your excel sheet contains raw data ( No header is included ), don't forget to remove the tick from First row is header
- In the Field Mapping section, make sure to select the Row Field for the Case, in order to match it with the right services in your sheet.
- Click Import
Paste Table Data
- Select Paste table data format
- Check First row is header if you copied your header in your excel sheet alongside your data
- In the Field Mapping section, make sure to select the Row Field for the Case, in order to match it with the right services in your sheet.
- Click Import
