How to configure a service link

You can't set up a Service Link unless you have configured a Service Type

Select Configuration on the side menu, choose Service Type and select the Service


  1. Click on Add Service Link button
  2. Fill in Service Link Name and Description

In case you want to collect anonymous service data, you should uncheck Link to case "Case Type" to maintain anonymity.

This will not link the service link records to specific identified cases.

i.e.: Configuring an evaluation report for a course where the submissions have to be anonymous from the class members.
