How to delete a service link record

There are four ways to delete a service link record

How to delete a service link record in a service link table

1. Select the service you want to delete a service link record from
2. Select the service link you want to delete a record from
3. Select the service link record you want to delete

4. Click on Delete icon of a record prompting an alert pop up

5. Click Delete to permanently remove the record or Discard to ignore the action

How to delete a service link record while editing a service record

Select Services on the side menu

1. Navigate to the Service you want to edit a record from
2. Select the record and click on the Edit icon

3. Select the service link on the left side

4. Click on Delete icon of a record prompting an alert pop up

5. Click Delete to permanently remove the record or Discard to ignore the action

How to delete a service link once deleting a service

Select Services on the side menu

1. Navigate to the Service you want to delete a record from
2. Select the record and click on the delete icon

3. Click on Delete to permanently delete the record or click on Discard to cancel the action

How to delete a service link record in case profile (Soon)

Each beneficiary has a case profile that shows its Basic Information, Case Links, and Recorded Services

1. View Case Profile of a beneficiary
2. Click on the Recorded Services tab

3. Click on the service tab you want to delete a service link from
