How to delete a case type

Select Configuration on the side menu, then choose Case Type

1. Navigate to the Case Type card you want to delete and click on the three dots
2. Click on Delete icon which in turn prompts an alert pop up

3. Retype the Case Type name and click Delete to permanently remove the case type or Discard to ignore the action
