How to assign/ unassign a service


How to assign a service to case(s)

Select Cases on the side menu

  1. Choose a Case Type
  2. Select the case(s) you want to assign a service to

  1. Click on Assign a Service button

  1. Select the Service Type you want to assign

  1. Select Assign to an existing service record
  2. Select the Service(s) you want to assign the case(s) to

You can select one or multiple cases (Beneficiaries)

  1. Click on Assign

In case you want to assign a new service:

  1. Select Add New Service Record

  1. Fill in the required fields, then Save


How to unassign a service from a case?


Select Cases on the side menu

  1. Choose a Case
  2. Select the case(s) you want to unassign a service from
  3. Click on the case name to view Case profile

  1. Click on the Recorded Services tab
  2. Select the ServiceType to choose the service you want to unassign
  3. Select the service you want to unassign
  4. Click on the Unassign icon which in turn prompts an alert pop up

  1. Click on Unassign button
  2. The service record is removed

How to unassign a service from a case record in the Services section

Select Services on the side menu

  1. Choose the Service File

  1. Choose the service to unassign it (You can search for it)

Or

  1. Search for the name of the beneficiary

  1. Select the service record you want to delete the beneficiary from
  2. Click on the Edit icon

  1. Remove the Beneficiary
  2. Click Save
  1. Click on Delete icon which in turn prompts an alert pop up

  1. Click Delete to permanently remove the service record or Discard to ignore the action
