How to add a team to a Case Type, Service Type, and Survey
Make sure that the team you want to add is configured by your administrator
You are able to Manage Members for a Case Type, Service Type, and Survey in the Configuration section
- In the configuration, navigate to the case type you want to invite a team for

- Click on the three dots of the card and select Manage Members

- A pop up appears that prompts you to select the members

- Decide which Team(s) to add

- Specify the Role each Team
