How to add members to a Case Type, Service Type, and Survey

Make sure that the members you want to add are invited by your administrator

You are able to Manage Members for a Case Type, Service Type, and Survey in the Configuration section


  1. In the configuration, select a case type

  1. Click on the three dots of the card and select Manage Members

  1. A pop up appears that prompts you to select the members

  1. Decide which Member(s) to add

  1. Specify the Role of each Member
