How to add members to a Case Type, Service Type, and Survey
Make sure that the members you want to add are invited by your administrator
You are able to Manage Members for a Case Type, Service Type, and Survey in the Configuration section
- In the configuration, select a case type

- Click on the three dots of the card and select Manage Members

- A pop up appears that prompts you to select the members

- Decide which Member(s) to add

- Specify the Role of each Member
