How to configure a service type
You can only configure a service type after configuring a case type.
To learn how to configure a Case Type, please click here
Select Configuration on the side menu, then choose Service Type
- Click on Add Service Type button
- Enter the Service Type Name and Description
- Link your Service Type to a Case Type
Make sure to select Multiple Cases in case you want to assign this service type to multiple case records for the same Case
- Click Continue
- Build your Service Type by adding the basic information fields
- Save your form and view it in the Services section
