How to configure a service type

You can only configure a service type after configuring a case type.

To learn how to configure a Case Type, please click here

Select Configuration on the side menu, then choose Service Type

  1. Click on Add Service Type button
  2. Enter the Service Type Name and Description

  1. Link your Service Type to a Case Type

Make sure to select Multiple Cases in case you want to assign this service type to multiple case records for the same Case

  1. Click Continue
  2. Build your Service Type by adding the basic information fields

  1. Save your form and view it in the Services section
